The support portion includes a wheel support plate that supports the movable wheel and is capable of rotating, a frame connected to the main body that supprts the wheel support plate and is capable of moving. The support portion also includes an elastic member disposed between the frame and the wheel support plate that applies an elastic force to the wheel support plate in a direction in which the movable wheel faces a ground wherein the elastic force of the elastic member is smaller than a minimum load applied to the movable wheel A stopper restricts a movement of the wheel support plate.
