PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of a vibration machine of a vibration imparting device.SOLUTION: The vibration imparting device includes: a vibration machine 1 vibrated slightly in a vertical direction； and a vibration plate 2 imparting vibration to a body of a user boarding in an upper part while supported by the vibration machine 1. A support device 12 is arranged which includes an elastic body 11 assisting the vibration plate 2 with respect to a support part 4 supporting the vibration machine 1 elastically in a vibration load direction exerting a large load in vibration. The elastic body 11 uses a rubber or plastic material having elasticity, or uses a foam material thereof, or may be a spring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
