It is an object of the present invention to provide an artificial cultivation method of a bukuryu that is capable of efficiently producing a good quality paddy without contaminating sawdust during the cultivation process. An artificial cultivation method that solves the above problem comprises the following steps (1) to (4):(1) a step of inoculating an inoculum of Matsudobori into a fungus bed containing an ammonium salt as a base material in sawdust(2) a step of culturing inoculum of Matsuhod to form mycelial mat on the surface of the bacterial bed(3) a step of seeding the seeds on the formed mycelial mat(4) a step of enlarging the inoculated paddle栽培過程においてオガクズが混入することなく、良質なブクリョウを効率良く生産することが可能なブクリョウの人工栽培方法を提供することを課題とする。当該課題を解決した人工栽培方法は、次の工程(1)~(4);(1)オガクズを基材とし、アンモニウム塩を含有する菌床中にマツホドの種菌を接種する工程(2)マツホドの種菌を培養して菌床表面に菌糸マットを形成させる工程(3)形成された菌糸マット上に種ブクリョウを接種する工程(4)接種したブクリョウを肥大させる工程を含有することを特徴とする。
