The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a green tea bean extract and an anti-obesity composition containing the green tea bean extract as an active ingredient and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method which comprises: a step of degreasing the green tea bean by supercritical fluid extracting the green tea bean; extracting a residue of the supercritical extract of the degreased green tea bean with water or alcohol; and an anti-obesity composition containing the green tea bean extract which is manufactured with the method as an active ingredient. The anti-obesity composition containing the green tea bean extract as an active ingredient has an effect of suppressing the accumulation of body fat.
