The present invention includes preparation of Pickering dry emulsion system (solid stabilized system) for dissolution enhancement of poorly water soluble drugs. The dry emulsion is prepared by Prob-sonication and spray drying technique. Combination of Silica and surface active agent (SPAN 20) are used as stabilizer in current system. The poorly water soluble antilipemic drug like Fenofibrate is selected as model drug in current system. The current pickering dry emulsion system have particle size less than 5 urn to promote rapid dispersion and enhanced dissolution performance. The present system is the most appropriate option to enhance efficacy and solve the issue such as GIT irritancy, absorption, stability etc related to other oil and surfactant based vesicular systems.
