The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Sasa borealis beverage wherein a predetermined amount of Sasa borealis material comprising a Sasa borealis leaf and nutritional components is prepared as a main ingredient, and a lemon grass, an acer mono sap and a natural preservative are mixed to the main ingredient to manufacture the Sasa borealis beverage. Accordingly, a purpose of the present invention is to promote health through useful components of Sasa borealis and other subsidiary ingredients.
