The invention relates to a method for controlling soil phytopathogenic fungi in tomato crops. According to the invention, the method consists in simultaneously applying, at the time of the sowing, 33 g/mgranular biopreparations with retard-release of microorganisms from the species Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus pumilus, having a concentration of 10cfu/ml and chemical products known in the field applied in a half of the usual dose.
