The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing an amino acid liquefied fertilizer and protein feed, wherein collected slaughter blood is subjected to ultrasonic pretreatment, enzymatic degradation, and solid-liquid separation. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for preparing an amino acid liquefied fertilizer and protein feed using slaughter blood, wherein the apparatus comprises: a storage bath for storing collected slaughter blood； an ultrasonic treatment device for applying ultrasonic waves to the slaughter blood, which is transferred from the storage bath, to convert proteins in the slaughter blood into low-molecular weight proteins and peptides； an enzyme reactor for putting an enzymatic fermentation agent into the slaughter blood, which is transferred from the ultrasonic treatment device, to produce a first amino acid preparation obtained from the decomposition of the proteins in the slaughter blood into amino acids； a filter press for dehydrating the first amino acid preparation, which is transferred from the enzyme reactor, to solid-liquid separate the first amino acid preparation into a solid product and a liquid product； and a sterilizing and drying device for applying microwaves to the solid product, which is transferred from the filter press, to sterilize and dry the solid product.본 발명은 수거된 도축 혈액을 초음파 전처리 및 효소분해한 후, 고액분리에 의해 아미노산 액비와 단백질 건조사료를 제조하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면 수거된 도축 혈액을 저장하는 저장조； 상기 저장조로부터 이송된 도축 혈액에 초음파를 조사하여, 상기 도축 혈액 내 단백질을 저분자량 단백질과 펩타이드로 전환시키는 초음파 처리장치； 상기 초음파 처리장치로부터 이송된 도축 혈액에 효소분해 발효제를 투입하여, 상기 도축 혈액 내 단백질이 아미노산으로 분해된 1차 아미노산제재를 제조하는 효소반응기； 상기 효소반응기로부터 이송된 1차 아미노산제재를 탈수하여 고체 생성물과 액체 생성물로 고액 분리하는 필터 프레스； 및 상기 필터 프레스로부터 이송된 고체 생성물에 마이크로파를 조사하여, 살균 및 건조처리하는 살균 건조장치를 포함하는 도축 혈액을 이용한 아미노산 액비와 단백질 건조사료의 제조장치가 제공된다.
