PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer support device that makes it possible to easily perform fine adjustment on a position of a body holding part.SOLUTION: A transfer support device comprises: a movable truck part 2 an upper body holding part 4 for holding a body of a person P to be cared on board and a support part 3 that supports the upper body holding part 4 on the truck part 2. The support part 3 comprises: a lower leg frame 11 that, in a side view, is capable of swinging forward and backward with respect to the truck part 2 around a swing shaft 11c provided in the vicinity of an ankle joint J1 of the person P to be cared on board a thigh frame 21 that supports the upper body holding part 4 and, in the side view, is capable of swinging forward and backward with respect to the lower leg frame 11 around a swing shaft 21d provided in the vicinity of a knee joint J2 of the person P to be cared on board a lower leg cylinder 12 that makes the lower leg frame 11 swing forward and backward with respect to the truck part 2 and a thigh cylinder 22 that is capable of being driven independently of the lower leg cylinder 12 and makes the thigh frame 21 swing forward and backward with respect to the lower leg frame 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】容易に身体保持部の位置を細かく調整することが可能な移乗支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】移動可能な台車部2と、搭乗した被介護者Pの身体を保持する上体保持部4と、上体保持部4を台車部2に対して支持する支持部3と、を具備し、支持部3は、側面視において、搭乗した被介護者Pの足関節J1の近傍に設けられた揺動軸11cを中心として台車部2に対して前後に揺動可能な下腿フレーム11と、上体保持部4を支持すると共に、側面視において、搭乗した被介護者Pの膝関節J2の近傍に設けられた揺動軸21dを中心として下腿フレーム11に対して前後に揺動可能な大腿フレーム21と、下腿フレーム11を台車部2に対して前後に揺動させる下腿シリンダ12と、下腿シリンダ12と独立して駆動させることが可能であり、大腿フレーム21を下腿フレーム11に対して前後に揺動させる大腿シリンダ22と、を具備した。【選択図】図4
