PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer support device capable of mitigating a load on a body of a person to be cared in sliding a body holding part.SOLUTION: A transfer support device 1 comprises: a movable truck part 2 an upper body holding part 4 (body holding part) for holding a body of a person P to be cared on board and a support part 3 for supporting the upper body holding part 4 (body holding part) on the truck part 2.
