To provide an endoscope cleaning device capable of more quickly and reliably ventilating fumes that develop from a chemical solution and give hazard to a human body.SOLUTION: An endoscope cleaning device 10 includes: a washing tank 13 which accommodates an endoscope 11 for cleaning and disinfection； exhausting means 60 which exhausts a gas generating during the disinfection of the endoscope 11 from within the washing tank 13； and injection means 30 which injects a fluid into the washing tank 13.
