PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient brake mechanism.SOLUTION: A brake mechanism 140L includes: a brake body 143L for giving brake force to a wheel 108L a wire 145L connected to the brake body 143L an operation lever 141L where the wire 145L is connected to a front part and a rear part is operated by a user and a base 122L for rotatably holding the operation lever 141L. In the case of normal braking, the operation lever 141L is rotated with a first contact place 122Y between the base 122L and the operation lever 141L as an axis.
