PURPOSE: A vegetable salting apparatus is provided to salt vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, white radish, cucumber, garlic and onion quickly. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing part(7) and a first and second driving part are positioned on the upper part of a supporting board(5). The supporting board comprises a weight pressure measuring device(6) which is used for displaying the results and prevents the separation of the parts during the operation of a pressure mixing part(1). The opening and closing part is connected to the first operating cylinder(8) based on the center of a hinge axis(9) and the end of the opening and closing part comprises a link(10) which is connected to a lid(14). The outside of the lid comprises a second operating cylinder which opens and closes an opening and closing ring(15) with protruding parts inside a pressure tank(16).
