PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide add-in material for mushroom cultivation enabling short-term cultivation of mushroom having favorable shape and size in a high yield: to provide an artificial culture medium for mushroom and to provide a method for artificially cultivating mushroom using the artificial culture medium.
SOLUTION: The add-in material for mushroom cultivation includes zinc-containing hydrotalcite and at least one selected from the group comprising aluminum calcium silicate glass, an oxide of alkaline earth metal, complex oxide of alkaline earth metal, hydroxide of alkaline earth metal, and complex hydroxide of alkaline earth metal. The artificial culture medium for mushroom is provided, and a method for artificially culturing mushroom using the artificial culture medium is provided.
