The present invention relates to a treatment agent for skin disease and a production method thereof. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a treatment agent for skin disease. According to the present invention, the composition is effective in skin diseases by adding forsythia fruit, lonicera flower, and lappa fruit into a conventional Korean traditional medicinal prescription (Hyeongbangsabaeksan) so as to produce a novel Hyeongbangsabaeksan and then additionally putting barley starch into the novel Hyeongbangsabaeksan depending on physical constitutions of patients. In addition, the composition is safe to prescribe by grinding a mixture of a Hyeongbangsabaeksan extract and potato starch after drying the same and then mixing, differently depending on the physical constitutions of patients by using the powdered mixture, at least one of barley, adlay, and brown rice along with the powdered mixture.본 발명은 피부질환 치료제 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 종래 형방사백산에 연교, 금은화, 우방자를 추가하여 새로운 형방사백산을 제조하고, 새로운 형방사백산에 환자의 체질에 따라 보리전분을 추가하여 피부질환에 효과적이며, 형방사백산 농축액과 감자전분의 혼합물을 건조하여 가루로 만들고 혼합물 가루를 이용하여 혼합물 가루와 보리, 율무, 현미 중 적어도 어느 하나를 체질별로 상이하게 혼합하여 용이하게 처방할 수 있는 피부질환 치료제의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
