PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint rehabilitation tool that has a suitable structure for performing rehabilitation on a shoulder, elbow and hand joints particularly while reducing pain in an elbow joint, shoulder joint, or the like.SOLUTION: While holding the first grip 20 of the joint rehabilitation tool 10 with the left hand and the second grip 30 with the right hand, the left and right hands are rotated in the direction opposite to each other. In other words, the right and left hands are rotated so that the right forearm and the left forearm cross each other at the position near the wrists. Then, the right and left hands are rotated in the opposite direction so that the right forearm and the left forearm are reversed in the front and rear positional relation. Accordingly, the internal and external rotation of the left/right shoulder joints and also adduction and abduction are performed. As the flexion and extension of the elbow joints are also performed as well as the flexion (palmar flexion) and extension (dorsal flexion) of the hand joints, rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow and hand joints can be performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 関節リハビリテーション器具に関し、特に、ひじ関節や肩関節などの痛みを軽減しながら肩、ひじ及び手の関節に対するリハビリテーションを行うのに好適な構造を有する関節リハビリテーション器具を提供すること。【解決手段】 関節リハビリテーション器具10の第1の握持部20を左手で、第2の握持部30を右手で握ったまま、左右の手を互いに反対となる方向に回転させる、すなわち右前腕と左前腕が手首に近い位置で交差するように、右手と左手とを回転させ、次に右前腕と左前腕とが前後の位置関係が逆になるように、右手と左手とを逆方向に回転させる。これによって、左右の肩関節の内旋と外旋、さらに内転と外転を行い、ひじ関節の屈曲と伸展も行い、手関節も屈曲(掌屈)と伸展(背屈)を行うので、肩、ひじ及び手の関節のリハビリテーションを行うことができる。【選択図】 図2
