Disclosed herein is an apparatus, which is a vest-type device composed of super micro-light or far- infrared material and negative ion fabrics, for promoting health through intimate irradiation on chest, shoulder and vertebra. The apparatus includes a vest-type outer layer, a middle layer and an inner cushion. The vest outermost layer is coated with far-infrared ceramic or charcoal material. The middle layer is made of ceramic material for generating far-infrared rays or made into a ring-chain object, and may be serially connected into a chest/shoulder mesh using a heating circuit. The inner cushion is composed of meshed pores containing charcoal and ceramic powder fabrics for increasing flux of far-infrared and super micro-light, in combination with negative ions fabrics and attached with a distributed energy flux circuit controller for mildly increasing temperature effectively, accordingly to regulate an appropriate temperature through the heating circuit for uniform irradiation on the upper body or even concentrative irradiation on chest breast tissue, scapular, spine and the back, so as to promote thermal effects and non-thermal health effects of far infrared rays or super micro-light non-ionizing radiation and negative ions.
