A heat accumulator (14) is provided between the sole outer layer (11) and the electrical insulating layer (12). The first pair of wires (13) is arranged on the electrical insulating layer (12) and the two wires of the first pair of wires (13) are respectively butt-jointed with the two wires of the second pair of wires (23). The second pair of wires (23) is provided inside the flexible cover plate (24) and the two wires of the second pair of wires (23) are respectively connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the power source (21). A resistance heating unit (15) is provided inside the electrical insulating layer (12). The power source (21) is used for supplying electrical energy to the resistance heating unit (15).
