The present invention provides a vacuum prepared food packet and manufacturing method thereof, which manufacturing steps comprises: putting an uncooked food material and additives, which contain nutritive additives or seasonings that are susceptible to damage by oxidation, with a predetermined ratio into a vacuum bag for vacuum packaging. By cooking food material in the vacuum bag at a super-high temperature and normal pressure, or at a high pressure, and freezing the cooked food material rapidly after cooking, the original flavor of the food material and the effective nutrition ingredients are preserved completely, so that the vacuum prepared food packet tasted by consumer could be more delicious, and the nutrition elements that have not been destroyed by oxidation are provided for absorption.本發明係提供一種真空調理食品包及其製造方法,其製造步驟可包括:將所需未經烹煮之食材以預設比例與包含懼氧化之營養添加劑或調味料等添加物置入真空袋內真空封裝。藉由超高溫及常壓或高壓烹煮真空袋內之食材,並於烹煮後急速冷凍此已經煮熟之食材,以完整保留食材原有風味與有效營養成分於真空袋內,使消費者品嚐到之真空調理食品包能夠更加美味,並提供未被氧化破壞之營養元素以供吸收。
