PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior body having a large curvature radius on a crown part of a skirt formed on an outer surface of a sheet during shrinking of an elastic extension member, and a production method therefor.SOLUTION: Both side parts of the elastic extension members in a width direction are respectively fixed to fixing parts disposed in the width direction of two sheets, with a predetermined interval.
