PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of simply forming a projection part hard to collapse at the time of use.SOLUTION: Rectangular absorption parts 11 fitted at inner thighs wherein one diagonal line goes along the inner thigh and rectangular absorption parts 12 for a gluteal cleft part wherein one diagonal line goes along the side surface of the gluteal cleft are respectively provided on a top sheet 22 on both left and right sides as auxiliary absorption parts 10-12 while rectangular absorption parts 10 for a groin part fitted to legs are respectively provided on both left and right sides between the rectangular absorption parts 11 fitted at the inner thighs and the absorption part 12 for the gluteal cleft part. The rectangular absorption parts 11 fitted at the inner thighs and the absorption part 12 for the gluteal cleft part can protrude a first part P1 by folding back a second part P2 to insert the same in a gap S from an insertion part. The absorption part 10 for the groin part is constituted so as to form a roll-shaped protrusion part 10R by respectively winding respective wing parts 10W from the leading end parts thereof.
