PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive for corneocyte exfoliation uniformly and efficiently exfoliating the corneal layer by applying to the skin and peeling off from the skin and to provide a beauty treatment method using the self-adhesive for corneocyte exfoliation.SOLUTION: The self-adhesive for corneocyte exfoliation comprises a substrate and a self-adhesive layer formed on the substrate, wherein the self-adhesive layer is composed of a self-adhesive layer-forming composition containing at least a crosslinkable polymer and a crosslinking agent and has a probe tack ratio P2/P1 of &ge1.8 wherein P1 is the probe tack value measured at a peeling rate of 0.1 mm/sec and P2 is the probe tack value measured at a peeling rate of 10 mm/sec in conformity to JIS-Z0237.
