PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a pasting agent capable of suppressing an adhesive agent from being projected or flowed out from an end part.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the pasting agent, an adhesion sheet provided with an adhesive agent layer on at least one surface of a support and a release liner on the adhesive agent layer is prepared. The manufacturing method includes a step for piercing the pasting agent provided with the adhesive agent layer on at least one surface of the support and the release liner on the adhesive agent layer from the adhesion sheet by a protrudent push cutter blade. Here, an angle a is larger than an angle b in a cross section shape perpendicular to an extension direction of the protrudent push cutter blade at at least a distal end part of the protrudent push cutter blade.
