Application of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in treatment of states or diseases connected with excessive organism immunity response, caused by chronic illnesses of digestive system, preferably from the group of unspecific inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and/or food allergies
The purpose of the notification is to use LPS for the generation of regulatory T CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ lymphocytes in states or diseases associated with excessive resistance of the organism in people suffering from gastrointestinal disorders, in particular from a group of unstable intestinal inflammatory states (IBD) and/or food allergies in a specific dosage scheme, possibly in a D-tartaric acid composition.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zastosowanie LPS do generowania regulatorowych limfocytów T CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ w stanach lub chorobach związanych z nadmierną odpowiedzią opornościową organizmu u osób cierpiących na schorzenia układu pokarmowego, zwłaszcza z grupy nieswoistych stanów zapalnych jelit (IBD) i/lub alergii pokarmowych w określonym schemacie dawkowania, ewentualnie w kompozycji z kwasem D-winowym.
