The present invention relates to a portable terminal sterilizing device and a method for producing a nano-fiber member used for the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a portable terminal sterilizing device and a method for producing a nano-fiber member used for the same, wherein the portable terminal sterilizing device may more effectively sterilize a portable terminal by using a photocatalytic reaction effect. The portable terminal sterilizing device according to the present invention comprises: a housing having an insertion hole in which a portable terminal is inserted and disposed a lamp mounted on the housing in the insertion hole, and disposed in an upper side of the portable terminal and a nano-fiber member mounted on the housing in the insertion hole, and disposed between the lamp and the portable terminal.
