PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous gel aromatic composition and a stand type aromatic substance excellent in retainability of an aroma.
SOLUTION: The aqueous gel aromatic composition includes: (a) amine oxide (b) a perfume (c) a cross-linked water-absorbent resin containing a copolymer where acrylamide and acrylic acid, or its salt is a constituent monomer and water. The ratio in weight of (a) to (b) is (a)/(b)=0.1/1-4/1.
