A controller for a greenhouse according to embodiments of the present invention comprises: an antibacterial filter part for filtering contaminants of atmospheric air； a fan coil part adjusting the air inputted through the antibacterial filter part to a preset temperature； and a sterilizing part sterilizing or disinfecting the temperature-controlled air in the fan coil part, and supplying the sterilized or disinfected air to a pipe installed under the ground of the greenhouse, wherein the sterilizing part uses hypochlorous acid as a sterilizing and disinfecting agent, and the hypochlorous acid may be injected through a plurality of injection holes to combine with temperature-controlled air to be formed in a spray form.본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 온실 제어기는 대기 에어의 오염 물질을 걸러내기 위한 항균필터부； 상기 항균필터부를 통해 입력된 에어를 미리 설정된 온도로 조절하기 위한 팬코일부； 및 상기 팬코일부에서 온도 조절된 에어를 살균 또는 소독하고, 살균 또는 소독된 에어를 온실의 지면 아래 설치된 파이프로 제공하기 위한 살균소독부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 살균소독부는 차아염소산을 살균소독제로 사용하고, 상기 온도 조절된 에어와 결합되어 분무 형태로 만들기 위하여 복수의 분사홀을 통해 상기 차아염소산을 분사할 수 있다.
