The present invention relates to an antibacterial bone filling composition, and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to an antibacterial bone filling composition containing caffeic acid phenethyl ester, characterized by containing caffeic acid phenethyl ester which is an active ingredient of propolis, and a method for manufacturing the same.
