The first air supply nozzle 140 is formed of a resin and engagedly fitted in an air supply nozzle hole 194 opened in a distal end face 111. A bottom of a first water supply nozzle 160 is inserted into an internal face of a water supply connection tube 195. The first water supply nozzle 160 is thus connected to a water supply tube 130.
