PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supplying and discharging device for easily attaining downsizing by effectively using a device space, while reducing vibration produced from a pump and abnormal noise produced from electromagnetic valves.SOLUTION: In a plurality of electromagnetic valve storage parts which are divided by bottom surfaces and sidewalls and whose upside is opened, the electromagnetic valves, where buffer materials are wound around the outer peripheries of body parts, are stored in a loose fitted state in the divided sections so as to make the buffer materials on the outer peripheries of the body parts face the bottom surfaces and the sidewalls respectively. Supply passages 8 through which the air from the pump 2 is supplied and air passages 10 for feeding the air from the pump 2 to an air supply object are connected to the electromagnetic valve unit where the buffer materials of the plurality of electromagnetic valves are collectively fixed by pressurization from above by a pressure piece.
