The present invention relates to a functional plate for orthognathic surgery, for fixing each bone segment to enable a surgery-corrected state to be maintained without rotating a distal segment that includes teeth, when lower jaw correction surgery is performed by fracturing the lower jawbone, and then the proximal segment that includes the jaw joint is returned to its position prior to surgery.
