A needle guide system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an image acquiring part which acquires an ultrasound image with respect to an object； an image analysis part which analyzes the ultrasound image in order to detect locations of a target and a needle in the acquired ultrasound image； a needle adjusting part which adjusts movement of the needle such that the needle and the target meet based on current locations of the target and the needle detected by the image analysis part； an image output part which visualizes the needle and the target in the ultrasound image and generates a guideline with respect to the needle as the target to display the guideline in the ultrasound image； and a signal output part which outputs a warning signal when the needle exists at a predetermined location in the ultrasound image. According to the present invention, stable and safe procedure can be performed.본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 니들 가이드 시스템은 대상체에 대한 초음파 영상이 획득되는 영상획득부, 획득된 초음파 영상에서 표적(target) 및 니들의 위치를 검출하기 위하여 초음파 영상이 분석되는 영상분석부, 영상분석부에서 검출된 표적 및 니들의 현재 위치에 기초하여 니들이 표적과 만나도록 니들의 움직임이 조정되는 니들조정부, 니들 및 표적이 초음파 영상에서 가시화되고, 표적으로의 니들에 대한 가이드 라인이 생성되어 초음파 영상에서 가이드 라인이 함께 표시되는 영상출력부, 초음파 영상 내의 소정의 위치에 니들이 존재한다면 경고(warning) 신호가 출력되는 신호출력부가 포함될 수 있다.
