PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-dispersed type composition in water/oil, in which an oily substance is stably and uniformly dispersed into an aqueous or oily liquid even if an emulsifier or the like are not added thereto.SOLUTION: The oil-dispersed type composition in water is obtained, into an aqueous or oily liquid, by uniformly dispersing a mixture which is composed of an oily substrate and a specific gravity regulator and in which specific gravity is 0.95 to 1.05 to the aqueous or oily liquid. The specific gravity regulator is the one having a specific gravity of >1, e.g., sucrose acetate isobutyrate (SAIB).
