PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a change in health information as a change pattern in consideration to periodicity of the change, and to thereby allow a user to simply and correctly grasp a peculiar change in a health condition of the user.SOLUTION: Health information and background information related to the health information are stored in a health information database HD and a background information database BD, respectively. Then, a period in which a regular change is detected is firstly found out and a common pattern of a change in the cycle is extracted by reading the health information while dividing the health information at the cycle. Next, according to an execution program of a prediction algorithm, a degree of influence on an own and others by the health information and the background information stored in the health information database HD and the background information database BD, and an influence period (latency → development → convergence) of the health information and the background information are derived, and thereby the prediction pattern of the change in the health information is derived.
