PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display method that enables a more intuitive and easier grasp of a relationship with a period possessed by bio-information, when the bio-information with periodicity is displayed.SOLUTION: A method for displaying bio-information with periodicity includes the steps of: creating a time display image 21 on which a time zone 22 indicating a predetermined time range is engraved and plotting the bio-information on the time zone 22 of the time display image 21.
