PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement technique which improves quality of an ultrasonic dynamic image.SOLUTION: A probe 10 transmits/receives an ultrasonic wave to/from a region including the heart in a living body. A transmission/reception part 12 forms a plurality of scan frames while making the times from the cycle start to the frame start different from each other for each cycle over a plurality of cycles of the movement of the heart. A frame processing part 50 divides each scan frame into plural regions, collects plural regions which have time phases from the cycle start equal to each other and whose positions in the scan surface are different from each other from the plurality of scan frames corresponding to the mutually-different cycles, and obtains a plurality of display frames by forming each display frame on the basis of the plurality of regions.
