SUBSTANCE: method involves providing single-step acclimation of experimental organisms to different extents of salinity; determining the nature of dependence of tolerance range limits upon acclimation salinity and finding potential tolerance limits by extrapolation; upon accomplishment of single-act acclimation, finding limits of new tolerance ranges depending upon acclimation salinity; plotting on chart produced dependencies to obtain limits of potential tolerance range at the intersection of dependencies with "y=x" line. Method may be used in different fields including biomotoring system for determining vitality of aqueous organisms.
