PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split type care bathtub which can be easily assembled and disassembled and can be reduced in weight, and a bath device comprising such a care bathtub.SOLUTION: A care bathtub of the present invention can be split into a first half split tank and a second half split tank on a substantially center part in a longitudinal direction. The first half split tank comprises a first tank part which is formed of a bottom part and side wall parts erected from the bottom part, and has a butt end part with the second half split tank on a parting plane side of the bottom part and the side wall parts. The second half split tank comprises a second tank part which is formed of a bottom part and side wall parts erected from the bottom part, and has a butt end part with the first half split tank on a parting plane side of the bottom part and side wall parts.
