The targeted cells are contacted with (i) an agent that blocks CD47 activity； And (ii) contacting the cell with a combination of an agent comprising an antibody that specifically binds to EGFR, a method of targeting cells comprising cancer cells is provided, including, but not limited to, depletion. In some embodiments, the cancer cells have at least one mutation form of KRAS, NRAS, or BRAF.
