PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition and a powder composition having good absorption efficiency of carotenoid.SOLUTION: There is provided the emulsion composition including two or more carotenoids, that comprises an oil phase including ≥30 and ≤100 pts.wt. of other carotenoid contents, and a water phase, based on 100 pts.wt. of the carotenoid content containing a maximum amount of the two or more carotenoids. Preferably, the carotenoid contains two or more classes selected from astaxanthin, lycopene or lutein.
