PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide O/W/O multiphase emulsion compositions for keratin substances, such as skin, with improved UV protection effect, preferably sun care O/W/O multiphase emulsion compositions.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a sun care composition for makeup in oil-in-water-in-oil (O/W/O) multiphase emulsion form of water-in-oil middle oil which has an external oil phase, a large quantity interior aqueous phase in the external oil phase, and an internal oil phase dispersed in the large quantity interior aqueous phase as a droplet, the sun care composition comprising (a) at least one surfactant whose HLB is less than 13, (b) at least one oil, (c) at least one UV shielding agent, and (d) water, the amount of the large quantity interior aqueous phase being 60 mass% or more to the total mass of the composition, and the droplet diameter of the internal oil phase being less than 200 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】UV防護効果が改善された、皮膚等のケラチン物質のためのO/W/O多相エマルション組成物、好ましくはサンケアO/W/O多相エマルション組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】外部油相と、外部油相中の多量内部水性相と、多量内部水性相中に液滴として分散した内部油相とを有する、油中水中油(O/W/O)多相エマルションの形態の化粧用サンケア組成物であって、(a)少なくとも1種の、HLBが13未満である界面活性剤と、(b)少なくとも1種の油と、(c)少なくとも1種のUV遮蔽剤と、(d)水とを含み、多量内部水性相の量が、組成物の総質量に対して60質量%以上であり、内部油相の液滴径が、200nm未満である、化粧用サンケア組成物を提供する。【選択図】図1
