The mounting plate includes a first layer (10) with an outer surface that is configured to be bonded to a person's skin and an inner surface. An intermediate layer (12) is located between the inner surface of the first layer (10) and the receptacle (2). A stress displacement or bonding layer (16) is located between the intermediate layer (12) and the receptacle (2) for bonding the mounting plate (4) to the receptacle (2).
