PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for retarding aging which suppresses deterioration (aging) in a function of a cerebral cortex by transmitting a stimulation caused by a low-frequency electric signal to the cerebral cortex through nerves.SOLUTION: A device for retarding aging includes: one or two sole director electrode parts to be abutted onto a sole a grip part in which a pin director electrode part is arranged, the pin director electrode part being formed by planting a plurality of pin director electrodes capable of being used by being abutted onto an optional portion of skin other than the sole and a low-frequency electric signal generation means which generates a low-frequency electric signal between the sole director electrode part and the pin director electrode part and applies the low-frequency electric signal between them.
