PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a blood flow by high signals, regarding a coil device for transmitting RF pulses to a subject and a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The coil device including a reception coil 30 and a transmission coil 40 is provided. The coil housing of the coil device is provided with pinions 27 and 28, and the transmission coil 40 of the coil device is provided with racks 43 and 44 to be engaged with the pinions 27 and 28. A power generation source is controlled by a central processing unit and generates signals for rotating the pinions 27 and 28.
