PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic terminal for a medical apparatus and a medical apparatus, wherein an electric discharge between a plurality of lead pins or between a lead pin and an armoring member is hard to occur.SOLUTION: The hermetic terminal for a medical apparatus includes: at least one signal lead pin 21, 22 relaying an electric signal at least one power lead pin 23 for relaying power having a higher voltage and a larger current than the electric signal an insulation member 24 holding the signal lead pin 21, 22 and the power lead pin 23 and the armoring member 25 storing the insulation member 24 thereinside and made of a conductor insulated from the signal lead pin 21, 22 and the power lead pin 23.
