PURPOSE: A method for producing a transgenic reed plant is provided to produce a transformant regardless of season and to produce new variety reed for bioenergy. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a transgenic reed plant comprises: a step of inoculating a seed coat-removed matured reed seed in a callus-inducing medium and inducing reed callus； a step of co-culturing the reed callus and Agrobacterium tumefaciens containing a plant expression vector with a foreign gene in a co-culture medium； a step of selecting plant cells in a selection medium containing antibiotics； and a step of redifferentiating the selected reed cells.본 발명은 (a) 종피가 제거된 갈대 성숙 종자를 캘러스 유도 배지에 치상하여 갈대 캘러스를 유도하는 단계； (b) 상기 유도된 갈대 캘러스와 외래 유전자가 삽입된 식물 발현 벡터를 포함하는 아그로박테리움 튜머파시엔스 (Agrobacterium tumefaciens)를 공동배양 배지에서 공동배양하여 형질전환시키는 단계； (c) 상기 공동배양한 식물세포를 항생제가 첨가된 선발 배지에서 선발하는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 선발된 갈대 세포를 재분화 배지에서 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는 형질전환 갈대 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 형질전환 갈대 식물체 및 이의 종자에 관한 것이다.
