The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a new variety of Miscanthus sinensis having herbicide resistance by a transformation technique of Miscanthus sinensis using Agrobacterium tumefaciens. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a transgenic Miscanthus sinensis plant to a transgenic Miscanthus sinensis plant manufactured by the method and to seeds of the transgenic Miscanthus sinensis plant, wherein the method comprises the steps of (a) sterilizing mature seeds of Miscanthus sinensis of which seed coats have been removed (b) placing the seeds of Miscanthus sinensis which have been sterilized on a callus induction medium to induce an embryogenic callus of Miscanthus sinensis (c) inoculating an inoculation medium with Agrobacterium tumefaciens comprising a plant expression vector into which a selectable marker and an exotic gene are inserted and with the embryogenic callus of Miscanthus sinensis which has been induced, followed by performing a cocultivation process in a cocultivation medium to transform the embryogenic callus of Miscanthus sinensis (d) selecting plant cells which have been cocultivated in a selection medium to which an antibiotic or a herbicide is added and (e) performing a redifferentiation process of Miscanthus sinensis cells which have been selected in a redifferentiation medium.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 (a) 종피가 제거된 억새 성숙 종자를 살균하는 단계 (b) 상기 살균한 억새 종자를 캘러스 유도 배지에 치상하여 억새 배발생능 캘러스를 유도하는 단계 (c) 선발 마커 및 외래 유전자가 삽입된 식물 발현 벡터를 포함하는 아그로박테리움 튜머파시엔스 (Agrobacteriumtumefaciens)와 상기 유도된 억새 배발생능 캘러스를 접종배지에서 접종 후, 공동배양 배지에서 공동배양하여 형질전환시키는 단계 (d) 상기 공동배양한 식물세포를 항생제 또는 제초제가 첨가된 선발 배지에서 선발하는 단계 및 (e) 상기 선발된 억새 세포를 재분화 배지에서 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는 형질전환 억새 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 형질전환 억새 식물체 및 이의 종자에 관한 것이다.
