The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of hand-torn hollow rice flakes soup and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of hollow rice wheat flack noodles, which is capable of promoting rice consumption due to use of rice, rapidly and evenly cooking hollow rice wheat flack noodles due to a space formed inside, and significantly improving a phenomenon of being undercooked inside the hand-torn rice flakes, by manufacturing hand-torn rice flakes in form of the hollow center using rice. In addition, the dried hollow rice flakes are packed, thereby removing the case of being changed or corrupted in a distributing process and having effects of distribution and storage for a long period of time.본 발명은 중공형 쌀 수제비의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 쌀을 이용하여 중앙이 비어 있는 형태로 수제비를 제조함으로써, 쌀을 이용하므로 쌀의 소비를 촉진할 수 있고, 내부에 형성된 공간으로 인하여 빠르게 익는 동시에 골고루 익게 되고, 특히 수제비의 내부에서 덜 익게 되는 현상을 현저히 개선할 수 있는 중공형 쌀 수제비의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 건조된 중공형 수제비를 포장함으로써, 유통과정에서 변질되거나 부패되는 경우를 없애게 되어 장시간 유통 보관이 가능하다는 효과가 있다.
