A catheter for use with a catheterization system having several magnetic field generators, each of which generates a magnetic field of position data, wherein the catheter includes: a flexible tube and a distal section adapted for contact with a patient’s tissue, the distal section comprising: a proximal section, distal section and flexible hinge between the proximal section and distal sections； the magnetic field generator of the distal section located in one of the proximal and distal sections, magnetic the distal field is configured to generate a magnetic field of pressure data； a plurality of measuring coils located in another of the proximal and distal sections, and at least one measuring coil is configured to measure each magnetic field of position data and each magnetic field of pressure data and generating signals representing data related to the position of the distal and data related to the pressure exerted on the distal when in contact with the tissue ienta； and at least one measuring coil has a corresponding cable attached to it, configured to transmit signals for signal processing.
