A method for tracking an electroencephalogram (EEG) of a subject during a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) session, the method comprising the steps of: sending a signal of no stimulation from the TMS coil to an EEG device, activating an EEG device based on a signal of no stimulation measure spontaneous EEG signals from a subject, compare spontaneous EEG signals with a given EEG profile, when comparing, pre-convulsive and / or convulsive activity is detected. 2.
